Shipping

Shipping within Ireland – Flat rate of €5 per order
Shipping to UK & NI – Flat rate of €7 per order
Shipping in Europe – Flat rate of €10 per order
Shipping Worldwide – Flat rate of € 25 per order

Delivery

Prices are standard delivery; 2-5 working days depending on region. Larger items such as rugs may take a little longer. For express delivery, please enquire. Some items are subject to availability and delays may sometimes take place, which are outside of our control. Hence, dates specified for delivery are estimates only.

Delivery Delays, Cancellations & Refunds

Before taking any action to remedy any item issues yourself, you must first contact us. Any requests for refunds, returns, cancellations and exchanges with reasons why must be made directly with us, via phone, email or post, before any monies will be returned or items accepted as returned.

If a delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse order. In these situations, we will refund the purchase price of the items and any delivery charges you have paid. However, we will not be liable for any other costs, losses, charges or damages that you may incur through the delay and refund of your order. Upon delivery, you may be required to sign for delivery of your items and at this point, they become your exclusive property.

Cancellations or returns may cause you to forfeit any discounts, coupons or additional benefits assessed at the time your order was placed and you may be held responsible for paying adjustments.

We will happily exchange any item returned in accordance with our returns policy for an alternative of up to the same value provided it is within the same promotional offer, however you must pay return shipping of these items to us as well as our shipping costs to send you the replacement. Additional payments will be charged for any price difference where an exchanged item is of a higher value. Where an exchanged item is of a lower value, no refund of the price difference will be given.

Should any item be returned and not exchanged in accordance with our returns policy, a refund will only be applicable where the returned item was not given for free. No refunds will be issued for free items.

If a refund is valid for a returned item, and as a result the original order no longer qualifies for a promotion, your refund will be the cost of the returned item less the adjustment of the complete order, to account for the exclusion of the promotion.

Offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice by Sullivan’s Country Grocer Ltd. at any time.

Fulfillment

Due to the nature of business, item availability is not guaranteed. If your items are in stock, the order will be shipped within the normal conditions of sale.

If the item(s) ordered are not in stock, we will contact you and inform you when they will be back in stock. If you are unwilling to wait for the items to be restocked, will we offer a full refund.

Once you have placed an order with us an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order details. If you choose the standard shipment option a second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched with a tracking code.

It is essential that you provide a valid e-mail address in order to receive these e-mails.

Cancellation of Orders

We endeavor to process orders as soon as possible, so if you would like to cancel an order, it is essential to contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been process, we will offer a full refund.

If the order has been shipped, the goods may be returned at a cost to the customer. Once we receive the returned/ cancelled goods, a refund of the purchase price excluding any costs incurred will be given. If free shipping was provided and the goods were shipped we will have incurred shipping costs.

Breakable Items

Some products for sale on this Site contain/ are made from delicate materials. We take additional care to add extra protection and packaging all delicate items. We also add notices to the outside of the packaging along with instructions to the carrier.

However, the liability of the carrier ends once the items have been signed for. Please ensure all items are inspected before signing for the package.

If delicate goods arrive broken, at a minimum we would require photos as confirmation before contemplating a replacement or refund.

Returns

Faulty products are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, as we are not the manufactures any of the goods we supply. Items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects but items must be inspected by us and often by the manufacturer, as well, before we can agree to them as faulty. Please contact us by phone, email or post to arrange the return of faulty goods to us. Once we agree the goods to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

All return cases are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We have included detailed descriptions of all items, including colours, dimensions, etc. If an item does not match the description provided we will consider processing a return, refund or exchange on an individual basis. Please contact us by phone, email or post ahead of taking any action.

If the products are deemed to match the descriptions given, the customer is accountable for the cost of returning the product. Once the item is returned/ received in the condition it was shipped in, a refund of the purchase price less costs incurred will be given or exchange provided. When free shipping is included, we still pay the cost of shipping

Payment and Security

All payments are processed by the Bank of Ireland payment gateway. All major credit card types are accepted. Sullivan’s Country Grocers are never privy to your card details and all transactions are send via a secure (SSL) connection via the BOIPA Payment Gateway.
